Our Child Safe Code Of Conduct guides our MP Talent staff and volunteers on how to behave when interacting with children within our organisation.
All of our staff and volunteers must agree to abide by the code, which specifies the standards of conduct required when dealing with our children.
All of our MP Talent staff and volunteers must have current and valid Working With Children Checks, and must receive support, supervision and briefing on all aspects of our commitment to child safety.
We want to ensure all MP Talent children, families, staff and volunteers know what to do and who to tell if they observe abuse or are a victim, and if they notice inappropriate behaviour.
We all have a responsibility to report an allegation of abuse through appropriate channels, including the Department of Health and Human Services and Victoria Police, depending on the severity and urgency of the matter.
